Rates*

March 1 - Sept. 1   $695/night  $4,865/week 

Off season           $595/night  $3,165/week

Monthly Rental:       Call for Pricing

* 3 Night Minimum Stay

Cleaning Fees:

If stay is for 3 nights -               $295

If stay if for 4 nights or more -   $395

Terms:

Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival.

Renter agrees to pay for any damages to property or if additional house cleaning is required

    Minimum Age Limit

    Absolutely no smoking inside home

    No pets allowed

    No diving from pier

    No jumping from boathouse

    Keep clean of any bottles, cans, trash
